Global Redemption Protocols (PSN)

Overview

PlayStation Network (PSN) vouchers are alphanumeric codes used to add funds to a wallet or acquire digital content. It is critical to understand that these codes are Region Locked. A code purchased for the Spanish store (ES) will not work on a US account.

Standard Redemption Flow (Console)

1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.

2. Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions.

3. Choose Redeem Codes.

4. Enter the 12-digit code carefully.

Web Browser Method

1. Sign in to the PlayStation Store.

2. Click on your Avatar at the top of the screen.

3. Select Redeem Codes from the drop-down menu.

Troubleshooting Error WC-40371-5

If you receive this error, the code region does not match your account region. Ensure you are purchasing the correct asset for your account's country.
